Yes. You can access your account from different devices, but for the most stable experience, it is better to use your usual browser and your normal network connection.

Premium

  • Premium traffic: 110 GB streaming + download per 24 hours
  • Speed: up to 10 Gbit/s depending on your own connection
  • Storage: up to 10 TB per account
  • Traffic resets automatically every 24 hours

Yes. 1 month, 3 months 6 months and 12 months premium plans work under the regular premium conditions.

These plans include the normal premium experience such as higher speed, better access conditions, premium traffic rules and standard premium download benefits.

New Features

Yes. UbiqFile supports streaming in test mode for clients who purchased a yearly account.

This feature is currently available as a test offering for annual premium users. It may be adjusted, improved or expanded over time while the feature is being evaluated.

Yes. Premium clients may receive file delivery through CDN-backed routing where available.

This can help improve response time, delivery stability and content access quality depending on location, route and network conditions.

UbiqFile supports AI-powered search tools intended to make content discovery, file navigation and relevant result finding faster and more convenient.

The exact behavior of AI search may continue to improve as the feature evolves.

Yes. Clients with a yearly premium account may receive access to selected test features such as streaming support.

Shorter premium plans such as 1 month, 3 months and 6 months continue to work under the standard premium conditions.

Billing

  • Payments are one-time unless clearly stated otherwise
  • Some payment methods may take a few minutes to activate premium
  • If payment is declined, try another card or another payment method
  • Using your usual device and normal location may improve approval chances

  • The card may not support online or international transactions

Uploads

You can upload most common file types including videos, images, archives, backups and documents.

Files must comply with our Terms of Service.

Use the delete link provided after upload. If you uploaded the file while logged into your account, you may also manage it through your file manager.

Security

We aim to provide stable and reliable storage access, but important files should always be backed up separately.

Cloud storage is useful, but it should not be treated as the only copy of critical data.

Yes. For important files, keep at least one additional local or secondary backup.
