How does the audit work?
We run a structured 90-minute session with your team to map your supply chain from end to end — suppliers, tools, data flows, and the manual workarounds that exist because nothing handles your specific logic. After the session, we produce a written opportunity report identifying your highest-impact automation opportunities. It's useful whether or not we build anything together.

Some brands take the initial build and self-manage. Others want Forthsuite to stay close as the business grows. We scope ongoing ops at the end of every build.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
No. We build on top of what you already have — Shopify, Cin7, your 3PLs, your spreadsheets. The goal is to connect your existing stack and fill the gaps, not replace it. If something genuinely needs replacing, we'll surface that in the audit before you've committed to anything.
