Teams submit complete projects with code and documentation on Devpost and GitHub.
Round 2 - Offline Demo Day & Judging: After April 27, 2026 (Dates TBD)
Finalists are selected and invited to present at our Demo Day in Bengaluru. Judges evaluate projects in-person. Winners are announced.
Eligibility
• All participants must be 18 years or older
• Teams must consist of 3-5 members
• A team member may compete for only one team
• Finalists must be available to present at Demo Day (in-person or virtually)
• Employees of sponsors may participate but may not be eligible for certain prizes
Project and Submission Requirements
• All code must be original work created during the submission period (Apr 17 - Jun 30)
• Pre-existing code/libraries allowed, but core logic must be built during submission window
• Submit on Devpost with GitHub repository link by June 30, 5:00 PM IST
• Must align with cybersecurity theme and select one track
• Include comprehensive README with setup instructions on GitHub
• Working prototype or MVP required
Prizes
• Overall Winner: ₹50,000 cash + cloud credits + internship
• Runner-up: ₹25,000 cash + cloud credits
• Track Winners: ₹10,000 cash per track + certificates
• Best Online/Offline Participation: ₹5,000 each
• All winners receive certificates and swag (shipped for online participants)
Judging Criteria
1. Idea Quality & Relevance - Addresses real cybersecurity problem?
2. Technical Execution - Well-structured, documented, functional code?
3. Presentation & Communication - Clear explanation of project and impact?
4. Real-World Applicability - Can it be deployed and used by security teams?
Code of Conduct
All participants must follow a respectful, inclusive code of conduct. CODORRA provides a harassment-free environment. Violations result in removal and disqualification. See hackcodeofconduct.org for details.
Intellectual Property
• Participants retain full ownership of their code and projects
• By submitting, you grant CODORRA non-exclusive license to showcase your project
• Sponsors may request to use project code only with explicit team consent
Disqualification
Teams may be disqualified for:
• Violating code of conduct
• Using pre-written code without disclosure
• Plagiarism or IP theft
• Missing submission deadline
• Not presenting at Demo Day without arrangement
Liability
• CODORRA is provided "as-is"; participants assume all risks
• Organizers not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages
• Participants responsible for backing up their work throughout both rounds
