Opera 12 throws error because it doesn't support setDragImage

Feature/browser detection should be changed to filter-out Opera 12 (see this answer).

A solution that works for all versions of IE (up to and including IE11) is:

hasNativeDraggable = (element.draggable && !(document.uniqueID || window.opera));
