Verified using dogfood VS bits with a 2.8 install with this tsserver.js dropped in. For both repros we have:
This fix is similar to the one we gave the two customers who were hitting it, except that it doesn't break Salsa expandos. They both reported back that the fix was 100% in terms of fixing their memory usage / crashing problems. |
