Still maintained by me and @carlpeaslee, but now in an official capacity in the @modelcontextprotocol org.
Other official SDKs use the MIT License, so this PR changes to that. This should be interchangeable with the previous Apache 2.0 License for all intents and purposes.
Thanks to how Swift Package Manager and GitHub redirects work, this should still be accessible under the old URL (github.com/loopwork-ai/mcp-swift-sdk) for the foreseeable future.
