Inference Extension: set status on InferencePools

As an NGF inference user,
I want to see status on my InferencePools,
So I know if they are configured properly.

NGF needs to set the status on InferencePools to show if they are accepted and valid. See https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api-inference-extension/blob/main/api/v1/inferencepool_types.go for the full description on what the status should look like.

Acceptance

• InferencePool status is set for all cases
