jQuery component for a fixed table header.

• A tool to give a table a fixed header.
• Unlike a 'sticky' header, it can be placed anywhere.
• Unlike a 'sticky'header, it doesn't bounce.
• Be sure to cover the original header.
• Border can be changed and border type can be table, cell or none
• Background color and text color can be changed.
• Placement and scrolling are fully automatic now.
