For the reference: I've filed #21 to keep track of the fact that this defaults to using Google' public DNS server by default. This should be addressed in a follow-up PR, similar to reactphp/socket#90 |

This PR updates this component to always have a default
Resolverif none has been given explicitly. This is now consistent with the defaultConnectorfrom the Socket component.Builds on top of #19
