If you have 0 references (`&T`) to a resource, presumably, you could have a mutable reference (`&mut T`). So this only start to make sense at having 1 reference to a resource.

If you have 0 references (`&T`) to a resource, presumably, you could have a mutable reference (`&mut T`). So this only start to make sense at having 1 reference to a resource.
