incorrect superclass for doc-pullquote

Opened originally in https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues/652 :

> The mapping for doc-pullquote is "none" in the specification but "section" in the AAM. I recall this was changed to allow users access to the pullquotes, but the specification needs to reflect the change.
