These rules must be followed at all time. Failure to abide by these rules or listen to staff may result in being removed from the event.
- Please be civil and respectful to all people.
- Please do not use inappropriate language/send inappropriate picture, gifs, videos, etc.
- Please do not send inappropriate links or anything harmful.
- No NSFW or obscene content.
- Any harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated
- No spam or self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc) without permission from a staff member. This includes DMing fellow hackers.
- Please do not spam the chat or voice channels.
- Please try to send messages in the correct channels.
- Please cooperate with and abide by whatever staff or admins are telling you.
- Please cooperate with and abide by the rules.
- Please adhere to the submission rules posted on the Devpost and in the #submission-faq channel
- If something/someone is bothering you, please report it immediately to staff, admin, as well as the MLH Coach.
- If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, let staff know. We want this server to be a welcoming space!
- Abide by the MLH Code of Conduct
- We don't allow you to submit your project to other hackathons.
- We don’t allow submitting a project that includes work done outside of the hacking period.
- You can use libraries, frameworks, or open-source code in your projects. Make sure to document any external code usages in your submission and clearly distinguish your contributions.
- The max team size is 4 people. Each team member must have a Devpost account and be listed as a contributor on the project submission to be eligible for prizes.
- Each team is only allowed to submit 1 project.
