不知道中国，台湾，或国外有没有香菇肉酱？其实这道菜是我妈妈的菜，不知道是她自己研究还是跟别人学来的，这道菜在马来西亚都好像没几个人煮，只看过我妈妈煮，所以觉得妈妈很厉害下也很好吃的哦^^

香菇肉酱马铃薯

食谱：

马铃薯先煎炸过，软硬薄厚可以随自己喜好 炒香洋葱碎，下煎炸过的马铃薯，翻炒 然后下香菇肉酱，加水（水可以随自己喜好！我觉得多多水给它焖比较好吃！不喜欢香菇肉酱的味道太浓 ） 然后可以上桌咯^^

现在自己开始研究菜色之后，才发现我妈咪真的还蛮厉害做菜的

Last year, Apple has done a pandan mooncakes, this change of taste.

Too late to make moon cakes have been busy with exams, but everyone has been saying that I do want to eat moon cakes >.<

This year only had 20 large tablets of moon cakes, with two days to do, I am happy everyone says oh delicious! But fish also broke his own record of two hours doing 10 large tablets of moon cakes, including cleaning the kitchen & shoothing ^ ^

去年第一次做月饼的时候是班兰口味的，今年换成芋头咯！

本来忙着考试来不及做月饼了，但是大家一直说想吃我做的月饼，而且也要准备月饼送礼，所以赶在最短的时间做了这些月饼

今年只做了20粒大粒的月饼，用两天时间做，很开心大家都说好吃哦！而且小鱼也破了自己的纪录，两个小时内做好10粒大粒的月饼，包括清洗厨房和拍照^^

LoveCooking=〉可乐鸡翅膀 （Cola chicken wings）

Sooting when i first time cook the cola chicken wing，very well with rice^^ But i no time cook already TT

第一次煮这个后，就再没有煮过了~~好好吃很下饭~~可是没有时间煮 TT

可樂雞翼

材料： 調味：

雞翼1斤 鹽1茶匙

可樂汽水1罐（可酌加） 老抽1茶匙

檸檬2片

薑1片

蒜頭1粒

做法：

1. 雞翼洗凈，飛水後瀝乾。

2. 起鑊爆香薑、蒜片，下雞件兜炒，加可樂煮滾，落調味料及檸檬片。

3. 轉慢火炆煮約15分鐘即可。

Cola chicken wings

Prepare:
1 kg chicken wings
Cola soda 1 jar (can increase)
Lemon 2
1 slice ginger
Garlic 1

Seasoning:
1 teaspoon salt
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp

Practices:
1. Wash chicken wings, flying water to drain.
2. From wok saute ginger, garlic slice, the next pocket fried chicken pieces, add Coke boil, drop condiments and lemon.
3. Turn simmer cook for about 15 minutes.

小时候妈妈天天煲汤，所以打小就很爱汤了。

家常小菜+简单的生活，很温暖~

煲汤讲火候，还是老妈的汤比较好喝。不过我煲汤也很下重本的，细心花几个小时熬，放很多材料，那个汤会很香甜很好喝^^

材料：番茄，洋葱，胡萝卜，猪肉，土豆

In my childhood, my mother every day cook soup, so I was very much like soup.

Soup is speaking the furnace control, my mother cooked soup better than i do. but i am very serious for soup,i like to use a lot of ingredients and time to increase the taste of soup
