Canning

Last week, before school started, I made a big batch of homemade enchilada sauce (which I've never made but found the canning-safe recipe here and am hoping it's yummy!) and canned to my hearts content. I also canned 3 quarts of out homegrown tomatoes!! It's satisfying looking at them & knowing we grew the ingredients with our very own hearts & hands and knowing the labor of love it was. So introducing my first canning efforts:

my heart skipped a beat when i saw a post from you called CANNING. and it did NOT disappoint!!! i am so proud of you and excited!!! homemade encheelada sauce?! and tomatoes! you are to die for. PLEASEEEEEEeeee come visit us so we can can together!!! (can-can, can you do the can-can?!)
