Alright, so as I mentioned before, I'm trying to play catch up here. Thank goodness for pictures to remind me what was going on 6 months ago! I'll do the best I can to fill you in on what was going on in these pictures!
I've mentioned Prospect Park in previous posts. Its where we go to get some fresh air. We have loved taking a picnic dinner and just enjoying the fresh air for a bit.

| Things finally started to warm up in May, but obviously not too much. The wind was FREEZING this day, so while Clint and Owen played Malia and I stayed curled up in the blanket. |
| Clint found this golf set out on the street. The kids love it! |
Owen is always wanting to do what Clint is doing, so Clint gave him a skateboard lesson.
| Even if its raining we like to venture out for some puddle hunting! |
| Happy on the subway |
Malia had her very first dental appointment. She did awesome....especially considering that the woman who was across the hall was wailing, moaning, and crying in pain all while poor Malia was waiting patiently in her seat. Every time Malia would turn around to see what all the commotion was about I'd blurt out some joke or something that started with "hey guess what!?" to try and keep her distracted. Thank goodness Malia's appointment went A LOT smoother than the other ladies. She was CAVITY FREE!

| Malia in the big chair! |
| When we were walking out of the dentist's office Malia found a dollar on the ground! So we went to Party City and got some bubbles! |
I have really started to like running a lot more while living in NYC. For one thing, I feel pretty safe, because I'm always around a lot of people on the street. I also love being able to look at all of the beautiful buildings. I usually try to incorporate the park somewhere in my run. It is so beautiful! So here are a couple of pictures that I snapped while out on a run.

At the end of May, some of our music friends from Boise came to the city to take part in a pop music festival. It was great having them here!
| James and Lindsay stayed at our house for a night. Our creepy children were so excited to play/visit with them that they insisted on watching them sleep..... |
| One night we went to see the Brooklyn Bridge. It was at sunset and it was so beautiful! |
| Here is a panoramic picture I attempted. Its a bit blurry, but you can still see how amazing lower Manhattan looks at sunset. |
All throughout May, we were also super busy getting read for summer. Clint was offered an internship at the US embassy in Chile for 10 weeks, so we decided that while he was gone, the kids and I would head back to Idaho to live with my parents, and we would sublease our apartment for the summer to try and cover costs. Oh yeah, and Clint was somehow able to throw in some final exams in there...and get STRAIGHT A'S AGAIN. He's amazing!
