Eligibility
  • Open to middle school, high school, and college students worldwide

  • You may compete solo or in teams of up to 4

  • No prior coding or robotics experience is required — beginners are welcome

Project & Submission Requirements
  • Theme: Will be announced November 8 after the FTC 2025–2026 kickoff

  • Submission: A 3–5 minute video (MP4 or YouTube link) covering your team, problem, solution, tech, and impact

  • Allowed Tools: Any programming languages, design software, or hardware platforms

  • Original Work: All projects must be created during the event period

  • One Submission Per Team

Prizes

Best Overall Project – $250 gift card + mentorship session with industry professionals
Most Innovative Solution – $150 gift card
Best Community Impact – $150 gift card
Best Presentation – $100 gift card
(Prizes subject to change — final list announced before the event)

Judging Criteria & Winner Selection

Projects will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on:

  1. Innovation (30%) – Originality and creativity of the solution

  2. Impact (25%) – Potential to benefit people, communities, or the environment

  3. Technical Execution (25%) – Functionality, design, and problem-solving approach

  4. Presentation (20%) – Clarity, engagement, and storytelling in the submission video

Judges will review all submissions, assign scores, and winners will be announced publicly on November 15, 2025.
