Requirements

 

 

📤 Submission Requirements

To be eligible for judging in CodeRush, your Devpost submission must include all of the following:

 

 

✅ 1. A Functional Project

  • Your project must be built during the hackathon period (Sept 1–7, 2025).
  • You can create anything — a web app, mobile app, AI model, game, or other software solution.
  • Projects started before the hackathon are not eligible, unless significantly modified during the event.

 

📄 2. Project Description

Your Devpost submission must include:

  • What problem your project solves
  • Key features and how it works
  • Technologies used

 

🎥 3. Demo Video (2–5 minutes)

  • Show your project in action
  • Explain what it does and how users interact with it
  • Must be hosted on a public platform (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo)

 

💻 4. Public Code Repository

  • Provide a link to your code on GitHub, GitLab, or similar
  • Include a README file with setup instructions

 

⏰ 5. Submit by the Deadline

  • All projects must be submitted via Devpost by
    September 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC

 

Important Notes:

  • Submissions missing any of the above will not be considered for prizes.
  • Teams must ensure their projects are accessible and clearly explained for judges to evaluate fairly.
