• External libraries, frameworks, and open-source tools are allowed.

• Plagiarism or submitting previously built projects is strictly prohibited.

• All participants must maintain respectful and professional behavior.

• Organizers reserve the right to remove any project that violates ethical or legal boundaries.

• Judges’ decisions will be final and based solely on submission quality, creativity, functionality, and impact.
