Native Embedded Features
Cyclr has an extensive managed Connector library, it’s our role to create, interpret and update these connectors. These pre-existing, ready-made Connectors enable direct communication between software applications.
As well as being able to use Connectors to access data through APIs, we have dedicated API Connectors for accessing data via Webhooks (including features such as automatic field discovery), MySQL, databases and web-based forms.
Should you prefer we also have a Connector Creation Toolkit for your developers to very quickly develop new proprietary ‘Connectors’ that are unique to your own requirements.
The Data Orchestration Layer is where you create the connections/instructions between your Connector and those of third-party applications.
It adds the ability to manage data formatting between separate services, where requests and responses need to be split, merged or routed.
By adding this abstraction layer you provide your API with a level of intelligence for communication between services, while handling vital authentication tasks.

How does the 14-day free trial work? ↓
Yes! Cyclr is an important application within anyone’s integration infrastructure and it is important to us that anyone trialling the application is treated in the same way that we would treat a customer. Which is why we offer a PoC so partners can prove data will flow between their system to others, this would be fully scoped out and implemented alongside you with training provided.
Can I change plans later? ↓
Yes! You can move up and down our plans as you need to. We have add-ons, for increased limits and additional features, that can be included when you need them.
You can also be migrated onto your own private cloud infrastructure when you are ready to – with a fully managed deployment and support.
Is there a limit to how many team members I can add? ↓
No! Cyclr lets all of your team have access to be involved in the integration building and deployment process.
It’s not uncommon for teams other than Developers to take charge of Cyclr, including Product teams and Customer Support teams.
We also include access control functionality, so you can provide strict rules as to what people have access to see and edit.
Can data be migrated from Staging to Production Cyclr Consoles? ↓
Yes! Many of our partners like to have a dedicated Staging environment of Cyclr to experiment and test new integration builds and deployments, leaving live integrations on a Production Console.
Cyclr include the ability to move integration templates and custom Connectors between then, through either export functionality or using our GitHub integration.
What is Data on Demand/Proxy API? ↓
Data on Demand/Proxy API give your developers a mechanism to access third party data through Cyclr’s API.
This flexible API enables connectivity to hundreds of SaaS applications and data stores, empowering development teams to create new user experiences within their applications which leverage their users’ external data.
What can I do if I need to integrate with a platform you don't already have a Connector with? ↓
There are several options available to you:
- You can build your own Connector using Cyclr’s Custom Connector Toolkit
- You can use our Universal Connector tools to create your own custom API endpoint connections, directly in the Integration Workflow Builder
- We can build it for you! Just speak to your Customer Success Manager or to our Support team and we can quote you on building it on your behalf.
