A broken system of university transfer

The state enacted a new law to pilot a streamlined transfer pathway from community colleges to the UC system, modeled on existing pathways to CSU. EdSource has helped keep the two-to-four-year transfer issue at the forefront of education discussion for years, publishing more than a dozen pieces on this topic in 2023 alone.
