Was watching the Top 10 Hottest, Single & Filthy Rich guys on E!, or sth like that lah.. byk siot manusia hot kat dunia ni. Anyway, dalam2 semua athletes.. Andy Roddick made it into top 10 (no surprise there). But one thing I wanna say here is, Tom Brady was mentioned as well.. so there u go Elly.. that's for you! heheheh.

Well, aku tak byk tgk games other teams besides Pistons during the regular season. But from what I know and have seen so far, here's my take.
EAST: The winner will be either Detroit or Miami. Absolutely no doubt about that. I'm confident with the Pistons against the other teams. But the Heats, I'm not too sure. By the time we get to the Conference Finals, Shaq for sure dah heal from his injury. Also, Shaq and Dwayne make a super-duo, fate brought them together? haha. Heat punya benchers are also better than Pistons punya. However, Pistons are very big on defensive, bigger than every team in the league I would say. Very important factor. Don't forget they are last season's champion. hehe.
>> Naturally, my winner is the Detroit Pistons.
WEST: There's more option on this side of the conference. Suns are doing good, going from 50+ losses to 60+ wins.. They are explicitly the offensive kind of team with lots of fast-breaks going around. However, they are noobs when it comes to playoffs. Spurs, wow that is definitely a good team. There's balance in offensive and defensive plays. They also have Tim Duncan (provided this big guy pun recover from his injury), and playoff experience. But you can't rule out Dallas, nampak je senyap.. but u never know when they might just show their true strength and make their way to the top.

Bz weekend ahead.
------ BASKETBALL
NBA playoffs tips off this Saturday, at last! Pistons vs Sixers. Boleh menang ni takde hal. Yesterday's lost to Charlotte Bobcats (macam tak percaya je kan), boleh dipercayakan. Reason being, the bench warmers saw a lot of playing time. Nampak sangat ni game boleh buang dalam longkang je untuk Pistons. Kalah pun takpe, kasik can kat budak2 lain main, yg aku sendiri tak pernah nampak diorang main. Yeah they need the experience. In the end, the 11-win streak was broken. Coach Larry Brown did a lot more shouting than usual, hahaha. All the teams that needed to win in their final regular season match yesterday, won. Sixers, Nets and Cavaliers. Since Nets held the edge over the tie-breaker with Cavalier, they secured the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference. They deserve the spot all right. Tapi kesian jugak LeBron James, second time straight tak dapat masuk playoffs. Cavaliers yg lain2... too bad. With their lackadaisical attitude and way of playing, macam mana laaa nak masuk playoffs. James is phenomenal lah no doubt. Interesting fact: Youngest player in NBA history to score over 50 points in a game (he scored 56 points some 2 months ago against I cannot remember which team). Semalam punya Pacers vs Bulls game, aku tgk kejap je, tapi one of the commentators was Peyton Manning.. hahahhaha I thought that was weird.

San Marino GP adalah weekend ini. After a 3 week break, finally I get to see some action. Ferrari is sooooo gonna get a podium, at least. 3 minggu testing the F2005, they should've gotten all the reliability problems sorted out. Bridgestone pun sama. Ferrari is a very experienced team, they should be able to pull it off. Aku confident. This time, I want to see a BAR Honda on the podium jugak, namely Jenson Button lah. As for the other podium spot, hmmmm.. sapa aku nak tgk aaa.. probably Heidfeld or Fiscio. Alonso duduk diam2 pulak ok kali ni, wahahahhaha. Ooooh Minardi is going to race with their new PS05 chassis.. and a new engine (Series 10 ke? aku tak sure). Testing pun takde problem, bagus bagus.. I hope great things for Minardi. Montoya still recuperating from his injured shoulder, so Alex Wurz will take his place this weekend, Pedro De La Rosa raced last time in Bahrain, kasik fair and square sikit. Lagipun, it's about time Wurz gets to race!! He's been a test driver for far too long. Imola circuit's main issue, dia punya racing line byk run on the kerbs, kalau landing kereta when the car's engine is still in half or full throttle, it'll put a strain on the engine as well as the chassis, mainly the front wings.
This race will be aired on prime time (around 1pm).. not on Speed Channel though, either CBS or UPN, aku tak ingat, gotta check again. That means, I will be watching a taped race, 5 hours late from the rest of the world! aiyooooooooooo.. wat dis laaa.. reason being, si Bernie Ecclestone tu nak kasik F1 exposure to the f--king Americans. apa2 ntah org US ni.. satu dunia tgk F1, dia sorang tgk NASCAR. Oh yeah, semalam kat Pinball's Pete, ada mamat ni main DDR dapat 402 Combo tu!! hantu gila ke apa, lagu pun laju cam rocket. one look at the guy, and he looks like a computer engineer nerd. don't judge a book by its cover cehhh.. bosan dah dengar. so, a nerdie with a PhD in Dance Dance Revolution? boleh jadi. For all you know there's a DDR cult out there.. I know Diba and Dayang dah join. hahaha, kidding je.

I have so much time on my hands now, macam dah cuti je. Esok last day of class, I don't have finals until next week, and I only have 2 papers to study for. Plus I'm not taking any senior design class, rasa pelik sbb org lain bz.. aku boleh lepak tgk tv. Hw and assignment semua dah habis by last week. Summore, my class was cancelled today, so one hour extra of sangap-ness there. Tapi best je sebenarnya all this free time. haha. Tak study pun hari ni, anyway aku cam sakit perut and pening2 the whole day.. so I got alasan... hehehe.
Semalam aku mimpi ngeri mmg tak ingat punya ngeri. Ni kes lupa basuh kaki lagi sekali la ni. Terbangun pukul 6.30 pagi, pastu aku rasa macam aku nampak tangan keluar dari beg sekolah aku dgn slowly. Oh my god.. aku cuak nak mampus that I literally shouted my ass off.. kuat gila aku menjerit! tgh2 pagi buta pulak tu.. Damn the mimpi.. imagination aku pun jadi ntah apa2.. so aku basuh muka, drank some water and tidur balik with the lights on haha. If only I could pray, it would've made me feel better. Later bangun at 10 am, aku tgk beg sekolah aku zip dia tutup. adoi.
Later in the evening, went to the post office at central campus.. and then did my bi-monthly visit to the comic book store yg atas Pinball's Pete tuh. Siot je byk anime magazines dah gone.. so anyway aku pi usha2 comic2 Superman (aku tgh obsess dgn Smallville). I was squatting down while reading the comic, tiba2 aku rasa macam ada org berdiri sebelah aku and looking down at me.. so I looked up and guess who was watching me lahh... Gandalf! yeahh.. no kidding.. ada patung board sebesar2 alam kat situ.. ntah macam mana aku imagine dia bergerak towards me and imagine him casting his shadow upon me. aku terlompat ke belakang macam katak yg cacat.
I blame all this imagination on yesterday's nightmare.

Lawak gila Tom Brady dalam SNL semalam. Not that he was particularly funny like a comedian is, but the fact that the QB of the Superbowl champions 3 times in 4 years (read: maknanya, seorang yg hebat athletically dan macho gila dari semua segi) was singing and dancing and acting out stupid scenes.. is simply hilarious in its own way. Hahahh.. plus dapat tgk Tom Brady up close and personal.. tapi aku takde laa rasa Tom Brady hensem gila seperti yg Elly claim (heheeheh peace dude).. macho yes.. hensem no.. hensem kalau dia pakai helmet yes... same goes to John Navarre.. heheheheh.
The performer was a group named Beck. Sedikit weird lah group itu. Anyway, their songs were okay, but nothing mind blowing. There's actually an anime series that released its first episode about the same time as Bleach did, and still running, which is called Beck.. an anime about rock star wannabes.. guitars and all. What a coincedence.

Today marked the first time ever in 4 years (and probably the last) I had an EECS class outside, under the bright sun and cool breeze of spring. You see LSA classes do that on Central Campus all the time, but an EECS class? Or rather, any engineering class for that matter? Haha, an uncommon sight indeed. I definitely noticed the bewildered but slightly amused looks on the face of passers-by. My GSI is pretty weird anyway.

Tom Brady will be hosting an all new SNL tomorrow. Should be an interesting watch. For those wondering who the hell this guy is, he's the QB for Patriots, last season's NFL champ.
Highlight: ex-Wolverine, Michigan QB (1997-1999).

It pains me to see BAR Honda cars securing the top spot on the list of testing runs times, but fail to score points in a race weekend. Everybody knows that they are more capable than that, but luck has been cruel on them thus far. Really, they are a well developed team with excellent technical engineers, good financial resources and great drivers. I want to see them clinch the top three spot of the Constructor's Championship. Heck, I want Jenson Button to score the crucial 70% points off the Driver's Championship winner's total, just so that he could stay in BAR Honda. Should he fail, Williams will claim him back regardless of what he wants. Button belongs in BAR Honda, they're made for each other. Perfecto.

Event of the Day: Shell Pitstop Challenge (Campus Tour)
Saw the flyer yesterday, so I decided to go to class today to check this thing out. Keluar je EECS building.. and there it was.. Micheal Schumacher's Ferrari F1 car.. 2001 season. LOL. Without the engine la of course. I looked through the air box and I saw the floor hahaha. The steering wheel looked rather shabby lah.. didn't look high tech at all.. but it was a 4-year old car after all. Sheikh (who was already there), Dibbs (who appeared out of nowhere) and I formed a team to participate in the pitstop challenge. Basically, the team who changes the tyre the fastest wins a Ferrari alarm clock. Whaaaat? Alarm clock je? hahahaha.. dengar dulu.. the price of the alarm clock is around 130 dollars. Special feature: it projects the time in the air (like a hologram).. woohoo.. how awesome is that. Tapi yg lawaknya, the alarm is the sound of the F1 engine.. hahahaha.. I don't know why, I just think it's funny.. heheheh.
Anyway, our team name was "Sepang".. however the woman who was handling the registration was such a klutz.. asked my details thrice because she lost it the first two times.. and she heard wrongly.. so the MC said "Segang" instead.. in English, the pronounciation became Se-geng. nate sungguh.. must've been the curse of Se-Geng. hahaha.. well.. we didn't win... duh.. our best time out of 3 tries was 8.08 seconds.. Sheikh held the gun (to loosen and tighten the tyre nats), Dibbs cabut tayar.. aku pasang tayar.. the tyre was not as heavy as I imagined it would be. Nali n geng join gak.. best time diorang lagi hebat dari team aku.. ciss.. demyuh Nali. heheheh. The best time that won was around 5 seconds.. takpe laa... I still managed to get myself a Ferrari plastic cup, a Shell mechanical pencil and a Shell key chain, all free stuffs are good, kan Tel? Oh yeah, we'll get a printed 'team picture' as well.. hahahaha.
In an unrelated development, Lex Luthor briefly showed his evil side when his alter ego was created from black kryptonite (overheated green kryptonite). woohooo hot nyaaaa Lex! oooo la la baby. more on Lex next time.

"David Coulthard ran into the back of Jacques Villeneuve in the very last moments of the Bahrain Grand Prix. After the race, he rushed round to the Sauber office to apologise, as the two men are good friends, often parking their personal motorhomes next to one another at European races. David actually found Jacques naked in the shower and the Canadian accepted the apology, presumably because he did not want to start a fight without any clothes on.
