Music: Warwick Avenue by Duffy

Duffy's concert atSingapore next year. To go or not to go? Its been a while since I've been to one.

I'm at work, freezing in this control room, listening to my ipod.
Just finished watching Titanic on Astro.
I forgot how epic the movie was. 1997. The year everybody went wild over Leo DiCap and was introduced to Kate Winslet, and the history of Titanic of course.
But who can forget the infamous...
You jump I jump!!!!!!!!!
The camera angle of Leo DiCap's eyes while drawing a naked Kate Winslet.
The scene at the bow.. arms reached out left and right. Rose saying.. "I'm flying!"
I've heard of people going to cinemas to watch the movie like 12 times. Crazy or what?!
I think I watched it twice, cannot remember.
Titatnic was so big, dude we even played My Heart Will Go On during marching band competitions okay.. siap buat heart shaped formation lagi muahahahha.
Even Britney Spears refered to it in her song Lucky..
"But.. I thought the old lady dropped it into the ocean in the end.. awwww you shouldn't have!"

I wiki-ed RMS Titanic. there's so much info, and I read every single word.
Didn't realize that the movie followed the real events very closely..
Its very satisfying to know. It also made it more real to read the facts, instead of just remembering the movie.

So anyway, during the past 3 weeks, I've been catching up on all the tv series that I've missed since after raya.. namely..
Dexter, Heroes, Prison Break, Private Practice, Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Bones, Gossip Girl, Brothers& Sisters.. fuhh banyak nye.. I still have some Heroes eps left but I don't feel like watching it coz Heroes is getting ridiculous and losing its plot.
On top of that, I watched some movies and anime as well.
Currently watching True Blood, a series about vampires.
Seems like anything vamp-related is the craze now.
But to its credit (Barring the 18sx nature of the show), its actually pretty good (and disturbing).
I've also managed to read 3 books in between watching these shows.
Ok that's a lie. I've finished 2 books and halfway into the 3rd book.
Not to mention I've added like 8 books to my collection of books to be read.

In other words, its been really mundane, yet relaxing. all is good!
I cant think of any new year resolutions this time lol.
Actually, I started something since 1st Jan 2008, and I can't believe that I came through with it.
I've been writing down my expenses down to the cent every day and now its become a habit.

Happy New Year and Awal Muharram to all.
