All about it is time factor...

To be honest , is quite hard to be a trainee or worker when thing that you were paid to do is thing that require a lot of asking here and there...Just when i first in intern , i feel hard to open mouth and ask question ...why??

1) They are always busy. I felt they don't have time for me..

2) I scare they will think i am stupid because my question may be too simple for them.

3) consequence of second item , i scare i spoil my image.

and i started to feel "thick-skin" people is GOOD , they ask as they want even people scold them..but must know when to stop la!

I am really sick of saying time is flying .... but that's how true it is for everyone .. If you feel you are too free , then definitely you didn't do a good job...there's so much thing out there that can improve yourself still...exception for genius...

this is my 3rd month under training .. i was wondering is it right to feel that i learn a lot but at the same time i done a bad job as well..

Firstly i was taught how to do certain thing with spoon fed method , every single step is like baby trying to walk , one step by a time ... sometime even i feel my colleague are giving me message " hello , do some by yourself ..there's google out there ! why u keep asking...i need to work as well"

My colleague are right , i respectfully agree with him...but the thing is i don't know how to google..because i dont even know what's the problem exist..

frankly speaking , when my unit manager ask me .. how much you give yourself for this particular skill ... i rated 7 out of 10...that's pretty high isn't it?? same question for now..i will rate it on 2 out of 10...

It's time that matter when come to good and just good enough.. for my case , after you plan for your task ..firstly do you able to finish it on time??

I cant even give a good plan to my manager , even when i see on my planning for my project i feel that's like stupid lie out there...This is what i learning for 3 months , you believe it?? i learn a lesson from them...

Never scare to ask anybody , they wont scold you ..if you worry that they are too busy cant help you much..write down your things that you don't understand , from head to toe .. write a summary for your question before ask them.. Tell them what result you expected or found , if dont know just say i dunno..

Come to most important , i feel planning is the biggest step to success..You cant give a crappy planning for certain project .. It will take you a lot of time for your crappy planning itself...doesn't matter either you follow or not on your crappy planning...

Break it down smaller , milestones is a buzzword i hear everyday ... because that's what boss want it and customer pay it..one of the rule for milestone is don't set it too high for yourself but break it down smaller so you have a near target to strike , that's like counting the probability of shooting on the target with the distance as variable =)..No math involve..

This is the best practice ever , get a stop watch from any freeware on the web .. or any watch or gadget you have that have stop watch function...use it to count , how much you need for this particular stuff to be done ... match it to your plan , do you fulfill all the hours you have been planning for?? think how to compensate back..Record it down ...

I was told by 2 experienced guy , 1 question people will always ask...either customer or boss...

How long you take to finish this task.. This is your first impression for it..

If you are just studying without touching any working stuff , clock your time can help you to concentrate more.. Because you can see that the time is RUNNING!

This is what i have learn , mistake is the best step of learning...at the same time clock is running..How many mistake you can learn from in this short period..Try it out , this can be seen in just few days...

In my club there's a national player , he have aim Ironman for his mission...Every step moving towards his goal..He make the way to his promise through action and he prove to be 1 of the most pro player in floorball !

This is how hanselman wan his working life to be when he first enter Microsoft , it's what everyone desire for right?? =)...Me too !! it cant be any better than that..anyhow i add something behind for my own workling life , i wan the environment to be like this

This come to a question , why breakfast related to this...because in mac-d there's always people who's doing their work there despite those kids that's very noisy up there shout like mad..and that's how the atmosphere there become semi working environment ...even for student they prefer to study there sometime...I was there quite often when i was in diploma to do project and study..

so this morning i saw a businessman he's sitting beside my table picking calls and writing some notes another hand ...more or less like the picture above just that the women doesn't exist there and the guy was holding a phone not cup..of cos he wasn't smiling like the picture above too..

I feel *SEMANGAT*(fired-up) after i saw him working like that , after all that's how i like my working life to be .. it doesn't matter is working for people or my own company...in future i wan this!!

well where i working now fulfill what hanselman shown , just that it doesn't have the environment i wan =D...
