Youth Membership ($45 for 13-17, Free for 0-12)

Attendance membership for minors or other dependents who are under 18 years of age. Youth memberships are split into three main categories based upon the age range.
Youth badge labels will include a mark that indicates their status as a minor and may be printed with a different colored label.
Policies based on the age of the attendee will be based on the attendee’s age at the first day of the convention or the date of registration, whichever is later. For example, if an attendee registered in January, is 17 on February 6th and turns 18 on February 7th, their membership will be $45.

A parent or legal guardian must sign a Parental Permission and Liability Release Form, either in person during registration, or via notarization and emailed to [email protected].

13 to 15 Years Old

Red
Minors that are between 13 and 15 years of age may register with their own account (if they have their own email), or may be registered as a dependent of the parent/guardian. They also receive a discounted registration cost of $45.
A parent or guardian must purchase a convention membership and must accompany the minor at all times during the event.

12 Years or Under

Red
Children 12 years of age or under receive a complimentary membership along with their parent/guardian’s membership.
A parent or guardian must purchase a convention membership and must accompany the minor at all times during the event.

Guardian Membership (Cost based on Level of Attendance)

Green
A special green lanyard is given to parents/guardians who have signed a parental consent form or who have children registered under their account. A guardian must be with their dependent minor at all times.
A guardian must purchase an attending membership or higher.
A guardian may register up to three dependents. If there are more dependents, a second guardian must register and add the dependents under their registration.
