建议加个webdav异常推送功能，比如阿里盘不能工作了，需要手动来重新换token或者干嘛，推送到指定配置里的url_callback

运维角度来说，
1.网盘挂载失效了，比如阿里盘那边协议更新,或其他盘长期挂着封号导致的异常，必须手动上来维护了
2.Alist更新重启异常
post到管理预留的指定url_callback，这样经过自主二开再推送到手机就能实时知道情况来处理相关业务

Suggested solution / 实现思路

webdav每个账号配置界面不是有显示 当前状态么，那边再加一个 【状态变动 推送callback】//等于订阅消息
