This change adds the framework for virtio proxy networking tests, they will be expanded upon in a future change. I also:

  1. Resolved some annoying string prints in the text that made the output difficult to parse. This will also improve NAT and Mirrored networking test output.
  2. Moved Mirrored Networking tests to their own class. This was mostly a straightforward move without any code changes.
