[Bug]: gui/wizard: Integrate macOS VFS (File Provider) configuration into account wizard not working

Bug description

Just ran a new install on 3.17.0 RC1 and i did not see this option under the setup wizard

Install 3.17.0 RC1 running throw wizard
...

Below option is not showing
