fix(l10n): Don't sync xcstrings for now

For now the resources have been locked to prevent translators from wasting time by re-translating all the time, but that breaks the normal sync of the desktop client:

So for now I suggest to remove the resources from the sync, so the other translations at least still sync.

It is fine with me. Though, I would have preferred to have it commented out only for future reference because want to figure out a way which actually works with Transifex soon. Or at least for pulling initial translations from Transifex it would great to have, too.
