Show timestamps for recommended files

✅ Show timestamps for recommended files

• I find the text "Recently edited", "Recently shared" confusing as there are no status changes, and quite vague when these files are edited or shared. I suggest showing the timestamp like "1 minute ago", "2 hours ago" when the user clicks or edits the recommended files, and the initial status as well.
• If more than a week or 2 weeks ago, timestamp could display like “29. January 2025”.

✅ Further enhancements

If it's possible, it could be helpful to show who edited/shared files as well.
