[Bug]: Infinite search "in folder” #49728

Bug description
I got an infinity search when I set a date and "search in folder" but do not pick a folder.
Steps to reproduce
STR:
- click on the search icon
- set date to e.g. "last year" or somthing else
- choose "in folder" from Places
- do not pick a folder just close the dialog
- enter your search entry
Expected behavior
search result appears. when I remove the date the search result appears
