Bug description
If I create a file request with an apostrophe in the name, then the apostrophe is rendered as ' in certain places, such as the "Upload files to ..." dialog and the lower portion of the sharing sidebar.

Steps to reproduce
- Create a file request with an apostrophe in the name.
- Open a logged-out (incognito/private) tab and view the share.
Expected behavior
The apostrophe should appear as an apostrophe instead of '.
