[Bug]: Dashboard widgets for "Favorite files" and "Recommended files" use non-standard design

Bug description

The widgets for "Favorite files" and "Recommended files" look even different from each other, but especially different to the very well made widgets of Talk and Tasks:

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Dashboard on current daily
2. Check the widgets for "Favorite files" and "Recommended files"

Expected behavior

"Favorite files" widget:

• Filetype icons should be squares with rounded corners, like in "Recommended files"
• Why not have a metadata subline? E.g. at least size and last modified date like we show as metadata in the sidebar too.
• The sizing of the entry seems different than in the "Recommended files" widget
• The star icon in the title of the widget is grey instead of white like with the other widgets

"Recommended files" widget:

• Main line of each list entry should be bold, like with the other widgets

I can only make icons round in the API widget I think. Rounded squares need to be investigated further.

Yeah, rounded squares of the favorite files widget would need to implemented in the dashboard app (in ApiDashboardWidgetItem.vue).

The recommended files widget is still a JavaScript widget in the recommendations app. I guess they are not using the most recent version of nextcloud/vue? The styling should be applied from the shared component.
