Add supprt for flashing vendor_boot.img

Some, especially Android 13 ROMs require flashing vendor_boot before moving on.

Example: Google Pixel 5 (redfin): https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/redfin/install

Steps:

• Add a tooling function fastboot flash vendor_boot {vendor_boot.img} (and add it to the required code files)
• Add selection menues to the select views.
