fix: react-konva peer deps

Why

• react-konva used an "unusual" way to version which was typically not compatible with how semver understands
• resolves [bug]: React Spring cannot be installed with React 17 with strict peer dependency checking #1861

What

• using https://semver.npmjs.com/ build a more complicated string of accepted versions
