Fatal error in latest release due to moved tags

The version 4.0.0 release introduces a fatal error:

Uncaught Error: Failed opening required '/packages/wp-pay-extensions/contact-form-7/src/../../views/issuer-tag-generator.php' (include_path='.:/opt/phpbuilds/php-8.0/pear') in /packages/wp-pay-extensions/contact-form-7/src/IssuerTag.php:153

This is caused by the tags being moved to a different directory in a43498f, without updating the tags accordingly.
