Casualità?

Oggi voglio scrivere qualcosa in italiano affinché io potessi mantenere il livello del mio italiano. Ah sono gelosa molto degli studenti chi ora stanno studiando all'estero in Italia! Non posso studiare in altri paesi (escluso gli Stati Uniti) perché ho una borsa di studio e non mi sono permessa di farlo. Anche non ho i soldi abbastanza di farlo. Credo che io sia la studentessa più povera nell'OSU. Non mi credi? Non sono da una famiglia ricca, neppure i miei genitori hanno molti soldi. I miei genitori sono lavorano come insegnanti e non guadagnano molto. Se io non vincessi la borsa di studio da il governo, non potrei studiare all'estero negli Stati Uniti. E' vero. Non pensavo a studiare all'estero quando ero giovane, perché sapevo che sia impossibile. Supponevo a continuare il mio studio ad una università nel mio paese dopo mi sono laureata da liceo. Ma a volte è difficile di prevedere le cose nella nostra vita. Sono stata tanto sorpresa quando ho saputo che ho vinto la borsa di studio. Non pensavo di vincerlo perché i miei volti non erano buoni. Ah comunque io sono a qui ora, e mi laureerò l'anno prossimo. Tre anni..... Non sono torno in Malesia ed anche non vedo la mia famiglia per tre anni. Se mi chiedissi che mi manca Malesia, ti direi che non lo so. Io amo il mio paese, ma se io avessi l'opportunità, vorrei rimanere più lungo qui. Vorrei viaggere a tanti posti che non li vado ancora. Vorrei finire un major in italiano. Vorrei imparare a costruire un pupazzo di neve (non c'è l'inverno in Malesia)..... Ed anche, le cose sono meno costose qui, specialmente ai outlets lol. Non puoi comprare una borsa Coach per 100 dollari (pari a 300 Ringgit Malesia) in Malesia.

Ora sono a Starbuks e cammino alla fermata dell'autobus 10 minuti dopo per prendere l'autobus al luogo dove io lavoro. Fa tanto calco oggi. Non mi piace l'estate.

E' il tempo di lasciare per lavoro. Ciao!

Un blog senza titolo

Niente.... Ho solo bisogno di scrivere qualcosa o esprimere qualcosa.

Sono andata a letto alle 12 e questa mattina mi sono svegliata alle 6. Voleva svegliarmi alle 9 ma mi sono svegliata presto perché avevo troppo fame! Quindi ho mangiato i cereali con il latte. Ora ho tanto sonno ma non posso dormire più. Oddio. Ho dormito solo per alcune ore lunedì sera.... perché dovevo preparare per la mia presentazione italiana. Dovrei fare la presentazione alla lezione ieri ma non ho povuto perché non c'era abbastanza tempo! Dunque farò la mia presentazione domani. Mamma mia ero arrabbiata tanto perché ho preparato molto per la presentazione.... Ma non poteva fare niente *sospiro* Anche, non ho capito perché gli americani non hanno potuto fare bene per le sue presentazioni. Non solo pronunciano male, ma non hanno preparato molto (Hanno letto dal testo!) Sono quasi svenuta quando ho sentito le sue pronunce in italiano.

OK un'altra cosa. Prendo le medicine almeno tre settimane fa ed ora la mia faccia è rotonda come la luna *piango* Non ho il coraggio di guardami allo specchio e non posso immaginare come la mia faccia diventa dopo tre mesi prendo le medicine! Anche, ho mal di schiena quando mi sdraiai sul letto e le mie gambe fanno male quando cammino. Ho tanto paura sebbene ho già comprato il latte da bevere ogni giorno. Non so quanto tempo devo predenre le medicine, ma l'unica cosa che posso fare adesso è essere pazienza *sospiro un'altra volta* Il dottore gli ho lasciato un messaggio e spero che lui mi telefoni e mi dica che i miei analisi del sangue faccia bene *prego*

Va bene non direi solo le cose male, dovrei scrivere anche le buone cose! Credo che quest'estate sarà bella e avrò molti soddisfazioni! Questi sono i miei piani:

1. Dopo gli esami finali, vado a Cedar Point a Cleveland con alcuni amici.
2. Vado a Chicago. (Colazione Hong Kong!)
3. Seguo due classi durante l'estate.
4. A luglio vado a Dallas, Texas per una conferenza di Tzu Ching negli Stati Uniti 
5. Dopo gli esami finali del semestre d'estate, vado a trovare mia zia a Vancouver. Poi vado a San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego ed infine torno a Columbus per cominciare il semestre d'autunno.

Avevo già comprato tutti i biglieti aerei e riservato uno spazio agli ostelli. Ora devo solo applicare per il visa per visitare il Canada, comprare il biglietto d'ingresso per Cedar Point (Normalmente è molto costoso ma è solo 25 dollari al discount ticket counter della mia università!) ed avere pazienza per i viaggi YAY. Anche, da questo momento devo risparmiare i soldi e credo che io possa farlo!

Sembra che sia basta. Scriverò la prossima volta. Ciao!

Yes, it's exactly 2 weeks from now! I can't help getting more and more excited as the days come nearer and nearer. Carrying my luggages, waving goodbye to family and getting on the plane..... I can imagine that!! And I'll get to experience sleeping in airports too! Haha perhaps that's the part that I anticipate the most. I was really envious when looking at those photos that my friends posted on Facebook..... Nevermind, I shall wait. It's gonna be my turn 2 weeks later (:

Fall semester has started and friends already started going to classes, while I'm still here merayau ke sana-sini. Went to have some nice food and walk around at the shopping mall just now even though I don't have anything to buy.... Haha I'm just bored out of my wits staying at home. I seriously need to find something to do!

Went back to the kindergarten today to get my salary. I thought I would get a half-month salary because I worked until 15th only this month. And I was really surprised when my boss gave me one month's salary ! I feel so touched lar. She already gave me a big angpau before I left and now I got extra paid :') Besides that, I'm happy that I got to see the cute little angels that I'm missing so terribly! I wanted to hug them tight but I did not. Stayed there for a while and left before my tears started to fall. I really hope they will still remember me after they grow up.... *wipes tears* Little angels, you brought me the greatest happiness of my life! Be a good kid, ok? I promise, I will come back 3 years later. T____T

Cooking 101 starts tomorrow. Stay tuned for the pics of nice food k? =) And dental appointment this Thursday. Oh noooooo, nightmare! :S

rojak again

haven't updated my blog for quite some time.... so this post is gonna be a long one :)

first, i've resigned from my job last saturday and i'm no longer a kindergarten teacher now.

took some pics with the kids before i left.

aww, look at those cute kids! i already started missing the kids who had brightened up my days. i enjoyed being together with them. they are like my little angels :)

so now i've got my visa done! woohoooo. thanks eden and her family for giving me a stay and bringing me around KL. it was a really nice trip! took the earliest flight last sunday to lcct, coz i thought i would have to take ktm from nilai to KL ktm station (which may take a very long time) and i already forgot there are buses from lcct directly to KL sentral XD oh ya here's a random story... there was a guy sitting beside me on the plane and he asked me "chinese?" before he started talking to me in mandarin -.- i don't look like a chinese meh :( took skybus to KL sentral after i reached lcct and then took ktm to KL ktm station...... alone! haha i know this is normal but it was my first time doing so. luckily i didn't get on the wrong bus/ get lost in KL sentral/ get on the wrong ktm XD

eden has already waited for me at the ktm station as i reached there, and she brought me to her church which is near the petaling street. it's a chinese methodist church and it has a very nice architectural design. actually this was my first time going to a church! lousy me have never visited any church before this, even the famous St. Anne church in my hometown. after that, we walked around petaling street and now only i know how petaling street looks like. umm.... okay this was my another "first time" too. i've always wanted to go to petaling street because of its history and of course ..... nice food! but now, i'm kinda disappointed to see the stalls at petaling street which sell pirated goods. they make petaling street looks exactly like a pasar -.- went to pasar seni (a.k.a central market) after that. i love that place! it's a really great place to shop for malaysian arts and crafts, souvenirs and antiques.

got so excited when i saw the old buildings near petaling street and pasar seni! LOL eden must be thinking that i'm weird. i just love old buildings. i can easily get the feeling of history and time when i'm in an old building. for example, when i visited the baba and nyonya heritage museum at malacca and some old houses in penang last time, i felt like i was back to that era. i could imagine what people were doing there and how their life was like. i could also feel the spirit of the long gone people..... yea, every building has its own story, and it needs people to dig out its story :) i wish the government can preserve all the old and historical buildings in our country because they are like part of our culture that can never be replaced.

went shopping at berjaya times square, sungai wang plaza and low yat plaza after that. brought a battery charger for my camera and the charger itself has US pin plug! :D

brought this inflatable pillow at daiso. it's really useful! i used it on the bus back to my hometown and i slept comfortably until i almost missed the stop XD

bought this vacuum bag at daiso too. it's just 5 bucks and easy to be used. i just need to roll it to release the air inside the bag, unlike the slazenger vacuum bags that i bought...... so freaking expensive and i still need a vacuum cleaner to suck the air inside the bag!

haha guess what is this? oil blotters. the quality isn't good or maybe my face is too oily? XD i still prefer clean & clear oil blotters.

went for visa interview the next day. waited for more than 2 hours before the interview and the interview ended within 1 minute -.- however, the staffs were friendly and helpful :)

we walked for about 10 minutes to KLCC after the interview.

watched Salt. it was nice! i love this kind of movies.... i mean, spy movies =D i think angelina jolie is the best person to star as evelyn salt.

so i went home right after i got my visa at wisma mca. a big thank you to eden who accompanied me all the way to bukit jalil. so touched =') i myself have a great improvement too! i was so brave when buying bus ticket HAHA i didn't get scared by the ladies at the counters and the uncles who kept persuading me to buy tickets from them. i'm serious.... do not laugh k. ada phobia tau. ok la i tell a story to entertain whoever reading this post. it happened in my second semester in inti. i took ktm to seremban alone after class to buy a bus ticket. when i reached there, i saw the ladies at the counters waving hands at me and said "mari... mari!". i quickly walked to other counters but there were some uncles beside the counters who kept asking me: "ah moi, mau pi mana? ohh butterworth.... sekarang ada bus! mari mari!" so i got scared and went back to inti without buying bus ticket. HAHAHA do not swt. i'm glad that i've finally overcome my phobia =p

YEAH i'm happy to announce that my housing problems are solved!! it's now DONE ;D a big thank you to sinyin, an ex-intian who's studying in osu now. was in the same accounting class with her in the second semester but we never talked.... i guess she doesn't know i was in the same class with her also LOL facebook just makes everything possible! i added her on facebook and she helped me a lot with acceptance fee and housing things. i've also found a girl who's going to do the same major with me at osu through facebook! and she's going to be my housemate =) i have to say facebook is the second greatest invention after google.

so i'm here again..... after the pre-departure briefing and the 2 night stay in inti! holidays did not make any difference. everyone is still the same, just that jiehui and aheong have become tanner xD i'm still the same old me, kept annoying tzinyee by being lame. i guess she would feel relieved for not going to the same university with me HAHAHA

had my lunch at the inti's newly renovated cafeteria but it disappointed me. okay it does look good... "look" only lah, but some foods sold there are really terrible! ordered a bowl of century egg porridge and it almost made me vomited =S

purposely slept early that night and woke up at 1:00am for the world cup final! no i'm not interested in world cup... i just wanted to experience the world cup fever XD went to cafeteria with tzinyee, jiehui and aheong half an hour before the match started but cafeteria was already full -.- i thought i could tahan until the end of the match, however i was still as 俗辣 as ever. went back to hostel with jiehui after around 20 minutes the match started. football isn't my cup of tea =p

went to this building the next morning. we got our blazer and allowance here $$. was so emo that day because my blazer looks so..... large! and other people look so nice in their blazer. HAIH i know the uncle hates me :(

had some chocolates at lcct. look, the first packet of m&m's in 2010! chocolates sold at the airport are damn expensive..... but i just couldn't tahan anymore when i saw the chocolates :p

tell you something funny, i think i lost my m&m's at penang airport. -.- dunno how, it just suddenly disappeared from my pocket! weird. i was searching high and low for my m&m's but...... haih, my first packet of m&m's in 2010 just gone like this! T____T

was asked to be an interpreter when i was at lcct! =D the story goes like this: i was using the kiosk check-in service at lcct, and an airasia staff came to me. she asked me if i could help her to communicate with some tourists from china. then she spoke to me in bahasa malaysia and i translated what she said into mandarin. okay so i started to translate...... but damn, i stammered and almost made it an literal translation! now i know it's not easy to be an interpreter (: besides this, i also talked to an irish lady who sat beside me on the flight to penang. meeting people all around the world is just so fun! that's the reason why i love airports and airplanes, do you? now i'm excited about the flight to columbus, ohio.... around 20 hours to reach there!!! ;D how cool is that?!

exactly 1 month to the day i quit my job as a kindergarten teacher =[ im so so so gonna miss the kids! and i'm sure they will miss me too :) the principal asked me to work longer like until end of august but i declined. yes i love the job but i still prefer an otaku life. sleep-eat-internet-sleep-eat-internet. otaku rocks!

received a letter from our godfather last friday. was so excited to see this: taklimat pra-penerbangan dan pembayaran elaun kepada pelajar-pelajar tajaan jpa ke universiti di amerika syarikat! but, as i continued reading the letter, this word made me O_O...... BLAZER! i initially thought that we have to wear our own blazer to attend the briefing. so i started to be nervous *where am i going to get a blazer??*

then, mom brought me to shopping mall and we tried to look for a blazer. ok la i admit that i was super excited to see the blazers in the shopping mall! i've always loved to wear formal attire and this was one of the reasons i chose to major in business administration! weird huh =p

tried on a seed blazer and camwhored like crazy in the fitting room! do i look like a ceo? *say YES la pleaseee*

Hello July!

hello july! do you know what does this mean? I'M GOING TO GET MY SALARY! ;D

it was two years ago. all i can remember is just the boring orientation. and it was also one of the siasuey-est days of my life. ohh don't remind me, please!

new students are coming today. and i'm gonna die from sore throat! -.-

suddenly feel like sharing what i've learnt through my current job.

besides feeding kids, bathing kids and making up baby's bottle etc that i mentioned in my previous posts, i've also learnt a NEW thing ...... diapering! XD if i weren't working, i would never ever diaper a kid!! i always stood like at least 3 meters away whenever i saw people diapering their baby, and my face would show the facial expression of "ewwww" or "yucks". and now, diapering is not a nightmare for me anymore. tips: hold your breath, do not look at the things in the diaper when you change diaper for your kids, quickly throw the used diaper into rubbish bin, and wash your hands. kao dim!

okayy have you guys heard of Phonics? maybe you guys know about it, but i seriously did not know what the hell phonics is before i started to work as a kindergarten teacher. and i was amazed when i knew that my mom knows it -.- phonics is like... sounds of the alphabets. for example, a = ae, b = beh, c = ckeh...... so this is another thing that i've learnt through my job =D

in conclusion, my job has prepared me to be a good mother in the future LOL

finally, nodame is back! =D i've just finished watching the nodame cantabile finale that i've been anticipating so long and i *heart* it! i'm now loving nodame more and more for her free-spirited ways, her awesomeness and also her dumbness.

i just knew that noda megumi actually exists in real life! the story goes like this, when tomoko ninomiya (author of nodame cantabile) was looking for ideas for a new serial publication, a female fan posted a photo of her playing piano in a messy room on the bulletin board of a website operated by tomoko ninomiya. the name of the female fan is noda megumi! she had graduated from a music college and is teaching piano at fukuoka. so tomoko ninomiya called noda megumi on the phone to get ideas for her manga series. cool! i wonder does the noda megumi in real life meet her chiaki senpai? :D mukyaaaaaaa~
