Felt Watch

I don't think it is a secret anymore that I am obsessed with making things out of felt. Danza got Harrison a felt watch when Henry was born, and I thought it was too cute to not try making my own. After a quick google search, my plan was brought to life. I did let Parker wear it for sizing purposes, but I plan to hide this until Christmas.

Parker's Man Cave

Parker has converted his camping fort into his workshop. Sometimes he keeps the doors shut and all I hear is a little hammer just working away. I'm guessing it is only a matter of time before he asks for a flat screen and a mini-fridge in there.

Pumpkin Hat

Parker refuses to wear any hat other than his knit pumpkin hat Elvira made him last year. He absolutely freaks out if I try to put a different hat on him.
He had a GI bug over Thanksgiving, so when he wanted to sleep with his favorite hat, I just couldn't say no.

3D

Don got a 3D TV a few weeks ago, and Ken was stoked to play with the TV.

No Boogies

I run a tight boogie patrol in this house. So does Parker.

Boots

Image
Every time I tell Parker to grab shoes, he yells "boots" and returns with these beauties. So he pretty much wears these everyday.... I choose my battles, and this is not one of them.

Brownie Assistant

We have started to let Parker cook with us. His main jobs are mixing and sprinkling. If we aren't watching him close enough he definitely still sticks the mixing spoon in his mouth.

Pottery Class

If you thought Parker painting a premade ceramic alligator was cute... wait until you get a load of this. My mom signed him up for a 3 week pottery class. It is for kiddos up to 2 years old, so he was pretty much the smartest kid there (what, he was). He got to wear an art shirt and was handed a chunk of clay on the first day. Our first project: Ornaments!

They used a tennis ball to flatten the clay.

Cookie cutters make perfect ornaments.

Popping the clay of of the cookie cutter required a little help.

He was a pretty good painter that day. He did keep making the hole for the string bigger by sticking the paint brush into it.

All ready for the kiln!

Halloween Round 2

Grandpa Jack an Grandma Mary missed out on the Halloween fun, so Parker decided to pay them a visit a day later.
