Kinney Gingerbread Houses

You know what will keep 3 small children busy for an hour?  Gingerbread houses.  Fine... candy.  Mostly candy.

Family Museum Time

Going to the museum to see Santa is one of our favorite holiday activities.  We finally found a weekend all 4 of us were available, just a few days before Christmas.  

First stop, Santa's workshop.

The kids would have stayed in this kitchen area all day if we let them.  They loved the big light up oven.  

Albuterol Buddy

Sadly, Miles is a champ taking his albuterol.  He knows how to shake the inhaler, put it in the spacer, tries to push the button, and takes breaths with no complaint.

Christmas Program

The kids had their Christmas program at school.  It was a pretty quick event, with each class coming out and singing a song or two.

(These aren't the best pics... there was some Grandpa in the front row holding up an iPad, recording the entire thing.  Yes, holding up an iPad.  Not an iPad Mini.)

Miles sat like a zombie (just like last year) while his class sang.  

 Parker was pumped about his songs, and sang the entire time.

Christmas Lights

We took a last second trip to see the lights at Reynolds.  We had never been there, and the kids loved it.  It was snowing pretty hard, so the traffic was really light.

Santa time!

Then the kids spent a solid 30 minutes playing on the tractors like maniacs.
