LetMeFap respects intellectual property rights. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond quickly to valid copyright infringement claims. If you believe content on our site violates your copyright, follow the process below to file a takedown notice.
Copyright Infringement Policy
We do not tolerate copyright infringement. Users may not upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights. We remove infringing content when properly notified and terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
Repeat infringers get banned. If we receive three valid DMCA complaints about content from the same user within six months, that user loses access to the website permanently. We take copyright violations seriously and enforce this policy consistently.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a copyright infringement claim, send a written notice that includes the following information required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA:
1. Signature
Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of Copyrighted Work
Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
3. Identification of Infringing Material
Identify the specific content on LetMeFap that infringes your copyright. Include URLs or other information that helps us locate the material quickly.
4. Your Contact Information
Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you about your complaint.
5. Good Faith Statement
Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy Statement
Include a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Make sure your notice includes all required information listed above. Incomplete notices may not be processed. We handle valid DMCA takedown requests as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours of receiving a complete notice.
False Claims Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes false claims about copyright infringement may be liable for damages including costs and attorney fees. Only file DMCA notices if you genuinely believe your copyright has been violated. Do not abuse this process to remove content you simply dislike.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notification. Contact us at the email address above with your counter-claim including your contact information, identification of removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by error.
