Theme: Since1998, Karl F. Hacker has published "El Mail Tao" the International Journal of Mail Art History Today. You are invited to participate in this original assembling magazine.
Technique: please send 25 works on the subject of Mail Art History Today. Painting, collage, drawing or photo, but not B/W photocopies.
Size: A4 only
Media: paper, numbered and signed 1/25 through 25/25.
Documentation: a copy of the publication will be sent to all participants
