Wing Heong dried meat, 永香肉乾

Wing Heong dried meat, 永香肉乾 is currently very famous at the web and many social network site. I found out their video is very interesting and it lead me to blog about it.

Here are the history of Wing Heong dried meat, 永香肉乾。

The Wing Heong brand of dried meat had its beginnings in the early 1970s with its founder, Mr. Mun Wing, embarking on a rigorous product testing exercise among family and friends to come up with the ultimate recipe.

Mr. Mun experimented with numerous recipes, particularly for sliced pork meat – a Wing Heong specialty before settling on one that today is much loved by customers.

Early Christmas Party In 2011

Here's a very very late post due to I have jobs to be done during last weeks of December 2012. I celebrate my early Christmas with all my friends. High school friends, Basketball friends, my brother and College design's friends.

Here's the address of the place we had our early Christmas party at,

Sepang Gold Coast Address:
No. 67, Jalan Pantai Bagan Lalang,
Kg. Bagan Lalang, Sungai Pelek,
43950 Selangor,
Malaysia.

It's the address of Golden Palm Tree Sepang Gold Coast, we held our party just next to the resort at the beach.

For those who afraid is it illegal to have BBQ session, no worries it is legal. About Bonfire, read this post and you'll find out. Here we go.

We prepared a lot of stuff before we head there, such as enough food, charcoal, newspaper, plastic floor mat and many more. After the rain stops, first thing we did was to light up the fire for BBQ as all of us are hungry due to about an hour of driving route from USJ Summit.

My photo are all gone, but thanks to Sennie who made this video.

I will end this post with a video made by Sennie Tee, 倩的天空

What To Do During Halloween?

Halloween  is an annual holiday observed on October 31, which commonly includes activities such as trick-or-treating, attending costume parties, carving jack-o'-lanterns, bonfires, apple bobbing, visiting haunted attractions, playing pranks, telling scary stories, and watching horror films.

Origin of name
The word Halloween is first attested in the 16th century and represents a Scottish variant of the fuller All-Hallows-Even ("evening"), that is, the night before All Hallows Day. Although the phrase All Hallows is found in Old English (ealra hālgena mæssedæg, mass-day of all saints), All-Hallows-Evenis itself not attested until 1556.

Halloween is not celebrated in all countries and regions of the world, and among those that do the traditions and importance of the celebration vary significantly. In Scotland and Ireland, traditional Halloween customs include children dressing up in costume going "guising", holding parties, while other practices in Ireland include lighting bonfires, and having firework displays. Mass transatlantic immigration in the 19th century popularized Halloween in North America, and celebration in the United States and Canada has had a significant impact on how the event is observed in other nations. This larger North American influence, particularly in iconic and commercial elements, has extended to places such as South America, Australia, New Zealand, continental Europe, Japan, and other parts of East Asia.
