I've long contemplated at what point I would need to do further evaluating on Zach....I think the time has come...at least to get on a waiting list somewhere. Today his sweet OT was doing some testing as the time has come to reevaluate for if insurance will give him another set number of sessions. He tested at 1%. That is, he did better then 1% of 4-year-olds. Yeah, I believe the time has come to do neurological testing....not looking forward to the process, but looking forward to finding some answers....Love my sweet (although aggressive) boy and want the best for him!

I did it. I scheduled an appointment with a neuro-psychologist. Amazingly enough, they can see him in January which is sooner then I expected.
Karen I totally support you wanting to have him evaluated and that you made an appointment. I always believe in the earliest diagnosis or knowing what is going on, the better for all! And Zach is so young there seems to be more intervention programs out there that seem to fade as kids get older, and you definitely want to know what is up before he gets into the school system. Being proactive like this is a great thing! I totally support it!
