Right.
So I promised u guys an update this weekend.
But the thing is, I'm too excited to post anything other than what happened today!!

Haha.
Seriously it was a good day :)
Let me explain.

As u all know, Kelly Clarkson is comin down to KL for a concert this 25th April!!!
So I went to buy my Kelly Clarkson tickets today.
I thought I'd be getting the rm99 (cheapest & free-seating) tickets.

But then they said they had these games going on in awhile,
hosted by Jin frm hitz.fm, and I thought I'd give it a try n win me some tickets.
I had to go on stage and play Guess That Kelly Clarkson Song.

Me and the other 4 contestants.
It may look as tho I'm d only 1 posing, lol...
But I'm actually lookin up at d huge crowd staring at us!!

Jin looks like he wish I didn't keep getting the answers right.
But I was!! XDDD

And... guess what? I WON!!!
Guessed 6 out of 8 songs.

I ofcoz knew the other 2 song names as well, but some ppl beat me to it.
I was too quick for the rest of the 6 songs tho!!
Jin was getting tired of seeing only me raise my hand all d time I think!! XDD

Taken after I won the stuff.
I had a photo whr everyone asked me to stand on stage,
and a couple of cameras kept pointing at me. Bloody nervous!!!
But I'm not gona show u guys tht pic coz I look obviously still shaking!! XD
**If u look closely, my letter hand is still shaking too!!**

So anyway, I got me all these awesome goodie bags frm Sony Ericsson (loads of stuff!),
and Sembonia (rm50 voucher tht i hv no use for except give it 2 my mom, and a recycle bag) as well as TWO COMPLEMENTARY Kelly Clarkson concert tickets!!!

The tickets tht i got were worth the rm288 seats.
The ones right up front near the stage!! COOL RIGHT?!
I'm totally stoked abt it right now.
Did not expect it AT ALL!!! :D

Ofcoz, we did some window shopping and visiting frens after that,
but its all small stuff compared to getting FREE FRONT ROW SEATS to watch Kelly Clarkson!!
Hahahaha.

Lol, went to visit Pik yee at her work place in Sg. Wang.

As u can see, I'm still in my happy place now.
Not going anywhere for quite some time I'm guessing hahaha...
So either way, hopefully I'll remember to post up something soon :)

Hey all!

Super short post here.
Just to say, sorry for my late updates.
College life is hectic lately.

And I won't say I'm not lazy, which I am!!! XD

Anyway, just got back from the cinema in MV with C.Kuan.
We watched the infamous movie "2012".
Let me tell u all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND watching it!!!
It is soooo worth ur rm12 (or rm7 if u hv student id)~

It makes The Day After Tomorrow seems like a kid's movie...
This movie shows the horror of what it would look like if the world was coming to an end.

And its all very realistic~
Everything that happens is scientifically proven.
At least in the movie it is XD

Anyway, go watch it, you guys.
I wouldn't mind watching it again with u guys hahaha.

Oh and btw, I'm headin off to Melaka again this Sunday.
This time, with my family for a real vacation!!
So if I'm gonna be posting anything anytime soon, it should be after I get back.

Well!!
Its not officially my birthday yet.
(Its on 24th Sept if anyone is plannin to get me a present :P)

But then today,
I celebrated it with my family anyway.
Haha.

Funny thing is, I didn't know we were going to!!
At first, it began with me telling my mom yesterday that I felt like going to Bangsar.
Why, you ask?

Well, for many who dunno, I used to live in Bangsar when I was a kid.
And even after I moved to my grandma's hse after that,
I always went shopping back there anyway.

Ngehehehe.
To think, I was a filthy rich kid back then.
Eating buffet for lunch almost every day....
Bwahahahaha!!!
Hard to believe, eh?

Oh how I always wonder how my life would've been if I never left Bangsar.
Stayed filthy rich. Being spoiled with the luxuries of the world.
I'd probably be good at some music instrument, own some fancy clothes,
and be studying overseas right now!!

Ah, the possibilities of life can take us that far...

So anyways,
I was feeling nostalgic so I asked my mom to bring us there.
And she agreed to bring us.
So today, we went and just headed straight for The Bangsar Shopping Center.

It was only after we arrived there,
that my sister told me we were celebrating my bday today.
I was like "What?" and she said, "I thought you knew".
So I thought, okay. Surprise to me! Lol.

Along the way there,
I managed to recognize many landmarks and areas,
even tho I havent been here in quite a long time.

But once I got inside, I realised that Bangsar had indeed, changed alot.
Many of the old shops and crowds were gone.
It was even more fancy and high class.

So high class, that you can't even see a single low class/ fast food restaurant!!
And by the looks of the people there,
they seemed to show an air of "rich people look" XD

I kept thinking to myself: "I used to be one of them.."
And I laughed with joy at the thought.
Ahhh, good to relive the good old days~

But, I would not just go all the way to my old childhood town,
without bringing in a new me back to it!!

Ofcourse, I showed my old hometown the camwhoring side of me! XD

And so, we left Bangsar Shopping Complex to search for dinner.

Which after awhile, we ended up going to another old place I used to go to.
Hankyu Jaya!! (Duno isit spelt like tht.. sthn like "hankie + thank you" mixed 2getha XD)
Though now its been changed to Bangsar Village.

Inside, there were loads of cool stuff.
Cool restaurants and shops too!

But I didn't dare take too many photos of them,
since I didn't wanna seem like a tourist!

This restaurant was fancy.
I didn't get a clear picture but it was quite a sight!

Finally, we stopped at Nando's for my bday dinner.

So, thats how I spent my bday celebration I guess.
At a place where I began my life.
With old memories, and today, including new memories!!

Tomorrow, mom says she'll bring us to Sunway Pyramid for Ice Skating.
Cool huh?
2nd part of my birthday celebration, I suppose?

My mom says she noe how to skate... even though we don't!!
So I'm really looking forward to see how she skates hahahahahaha!!!

Yo my peeps!!!
Lol...

Feeling slightly crazy for some reason today~
No idea why seeing as I just got up about an hour or so ago!!!

But anyways,
Bon Odori pics r finally up!!!

F.Y.I, All this was on the 18th July 2009.

So before we went to Bon Odori,
which started around 5pm,
we (me, Sara, Vee Shian) decided to go early to MV to watch Harry Potter 6.
We've been dying to watch this together for a long time!!

And it just came out a few days earlier.
So we thought it would be safe to watch on a Friday morning.
Wrong!!!!

We're not in that row.
We at the row BESIDE IT!!!
FURTHER OUTSIDE!!!

We made a whole circle before
reaching the row shown above...

So, after lining up for almost an hour,
we reached the counter that told us the time slots before 5pm were all sold out!!
So we asked if we could get the tickets from the uncollected Reservations.
But the person told us we needed to be there 30mins before the movie start.

So, with nothing else to do,
we tried going for the Q&A session for Harry Potter going on nearby.
I of course, knew many answers already seeing as I had read the book.
But...
When I finally got the chance to answer...

I got it wrong!!!
Reli fucked up!!!
This is why I hate movies based on books...
Sometimes, they change too much from the book!!

It was supposed to be freakin Tonks that found Harry on the train floor!!!
Not Luna!!!!
But nooooo, they had to change that in the movie...
Ugh... freaks!!! =.=''

Well, since I couldn't get the free tickets or any merchandise at all,
we could only go eat something (lunch!)
before going to line up again!!!

Lives up to her monkey zodiac reputation right? XDDD
Jkjkjk.
She was jz tying her hair XD

Well, after lining up the second round!!!
For another hour!!!!
We reached the counter again, that told us we needed to wait another 4mins before the tickets would be released...

I was like WTF??!!
So we gotta line up again???
Swt.... I asked the counter person if we could wait at a side for 4mins.
And the person finally allowed us.
Thank God!!!

And when 4mins was up, they called us over...
And...

Voila!!!
TICKETS!!!!
Weeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! XDD

This time,
we went to the Q&A session again, where they had a photo taking booth beside it.
We could take a free photo with 2 HP6 tickets.

Soooo......

Lame, I know XDDD

I even wore the Harry Potter glasses!!!
LMAO!!!

The movie was not bad.
Much better than the 5th.
But I was still a bit dissapointed with all the changes frm the book.
They even removed a lot of important parts!!
Like the visit to Gaunt's house.
The battle while Dumbledore is killed.

And more emphasis on how Voldemort finds the objects for the horcruxes...
I have no idea how r they gonna continue the final movie without mentioning this part in the current 6th movie...
I just hope they don't ruin the final movie.
And don't change too much from the book.

Otherwise, there's gonna be hell to pay!!!

After the movie ended,
it was already almost 5pm.
So we rushed to the KTM station to get to Shah Alam.

My God!!
The station was damn packed!!
And so was the KTM itself!!

We literally squashed our way into the KTM,
until we arrived at KL Sentral to switch to another KTM line.
At that stop, we actually didnt get to move at all while getting into the KTM!!!

I remember my hands squashed at my side, unable to move,
and I was being slowly pushed into the KTM.
I couldnt walk at all!!!
I couldn't get away from the crowd,
whether I wanted to get in or out of the KTM!!!

Thankfully Sara n Vee Shian was pushed in as well.
Otherwise, we might've been separated...

Wow.
I've never really realised how scary a huge crowd can be.
I mean, in movies we see families separated in large crowds during war.
And you think, why couldn't they just move to a side and wait for the crowd to disperse?

After experiencing something similar,
I will never underestimate a crowd ever again.
I actually was unable to move at all.
My feet only moved as the crowd did!!!

Anyway, after getting stuck in the KTM for another 1/2hr without moving...

(twas funny whn me, v.shian n Sara were stuck like glue to each other~ I had to use Sara's head to push my glasses up since my hands were stuck at my sides XDD)

We finally arrived at the Shah Alam KTM Station!!
We took a free shuttle bus to the Stadium,
and voila!!!

We arrived at Bon Odori at last!!!
Around 6.30pm.

Look at that crowd!!!!

Awww... they were selling kimonos and japanese headbands...
I wanted to get a headband...
But it cost rm15 =.=''
Like hell I was gonna buy it!!!

There were seats up there.
For ppl who wanted to have a good view of the festival.
But we didn't sit up there.
We wanted to tour around and be part of d action!! =D

So obviously, we began roaming around searching for food.

overall it was an awesome night.
