Welcome to TrackShift 2025, powered by HackCulture in collaboration with Mphasis F1 Foundation and MoneyGram Haas F1 Team.
Weโre committed to providing every participant with a safe, inclusive, and fair hackathon experience โ both online and on-site.
Applicability
This Code of Conduct applies to all spaces and activities related to TrackShift 2025, including:

The hackathon venue and all online environments

Workshops, talks, and presentations

Social events and networking sessions

Official communication channels and social media groups
All participants, mentors, judges, partners, and sponsors are expected to follow this Code throughout the event.
Build Original, Be Honest
All submissions must be built during the hackathon.
You may use open-source libraries or previously written helper code, but if you reuse any significant portion of an older project, you must clearly disclose it in your submission.
Failure to disclose reused code or plagiarism may result in disqualification from judging or prizes.
Respect and Inclusion
TrackShift is an open and inclusive space.
Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated โ including but not limited to differences in:

Religion or political beliefs

Educational background or technical skill

No Harassment, No Misconduct
Harassment of participants in any form โ verbal, physical, or digital โ is strictly prohibited.
This includes offensive comments, stalking, unwanted attention, or any behavior that creates discomfort or fear.
If someone asks you to stop โ stop immediately.
Recording and Privacy
We love capturing memories โ but always ask before recording or photographing others.
If someone doesnโt want to be photographed or recorded, please respect that.
Do not record in private spaces or rest areas.
Safe and Professional Environment
TrackShift is a professional, learning-focused environment.
The use of sexualized images, language, or content is not appropriate โ whether in projects, presentations, or attire.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the projects you create belong to you and your team.
By submitting on Devpost, you grant TrackShift and Devpost permission to display and promote your project as part of event-related materials, without claiming ownership.
Weโll never use your work for any commercial or exploitative purpose without your consent.
Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code, please reach out to the organizing team immediately (onsite or via the TrackShift helpdesk on Devpost).
Our team will ensure your safety and take appropriate action โ including involving security or local authorities if needed.
Consequences
Breaking this Code of Conduct may result in:

Immediate removal from the event

Disqualification from prizes and future participation

Reporting to relevant authorities (if required)
