Neha Madhok (they/them)

Neha has over 15 years of experience in Australian political campaigning and is driven by the power of grassroots organising to win tangible outcomes for social justice. They are the former National Director of Democracy in Colour, a national racial and economic justice organisation led by people of colour, where they built a powerful model for values-based campaigning, leadership development, and movement organising.

Melanie Triffitt (she/her)

Melanie is an experienced senior finance executive in the international not for profit sector, with experience working as an advisor, in the head office and in the field. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from St Anne’s College, Oxford University.

Naomi Hogan (she/her)

Naomi has worked with campaigners and regional communities, Traditional Custodians and farming groups on the frontline of proposed new fracking gas fields and open cut coal mines. She is currently working with global investors to help drive decarbonisation across heavy emitting sectors. Naomi has trained in science communication, climate science and natural resource management. She has worked for environmental charities across Australia with experience in campaigning, community organising, strategy, facilitation, and media.

Jaime Davis (she/her)
Jaime is a proud Wiradjuri woman from Central West NSW with 27 years of financial and business management experience in the healthcare sector and most recently joining education at a Special Assistance School. A CPA based in Bathurst, she brings deep expertise in budgeting, accounting, corporate services, and leadership across not-for-profit, government, and commercial organisations. Passionate about improving access to wellness and education in rural and remote communities, Jaime serves on several community boards, advocating for culturally safe practices and Closing the Gap initiatives. She is committed to empowering women—especially in leadership—and championing the wellbeing of women and children.
