PRESS INQUIRIES

45Press is a small business, and we take that seriously.

Our customers are everything to us. Without them, we are just a name. We always have their best interests in mind because they are what makes our work possible. We also care about our employees, the company we are building, and our future. It’s been “a work in progress” since 2013, and we are extremely grateful for the trust our customers place in us—because the names, places, and organizations we work with would never choose to be involved in our town unless it mattered to them.

It would be like going to the Texas oil fields and saying you want to start a charter fishing company. It’s just not a location for that type of work. We are in a similar situation. However, the Youngstown (and Ohio) grit is very much in our blood. It’s what makes us different—and what helps us deliver work that stands out from counterparts in major markets.

Again, our customers make it possible for us to do incredible, specialized work across the entertainment world, media industry, government, higher education, business-to-business, and other industries. The people at 45Press are individuals. Like all of humanity, our employees have their own views, beliefs, experiences, and perspectives. We respect and understand that. We also fully respect free speech and the role of a free press.

But 45Press is not in the business of speaking for or on behalf of our customers. Entertainment companies (like federal agencies) can be just as private. We are a small private company, and we serve customers who expect privacy and professionalism. Questions about a customer, a project, a campaign, or any work connected to one of our customers should be directed to that customer or organization directly.

That applies across every industry we serve. Even when 45Press is involved in the work, the customer remains the appropriate source for comment. It isn’t our place, and it’s not something we would engage in.

Questions about 45Press the company are welcome, but questions about the specifics of our work, projects, or information related to our customers should be directed to the appropriate customer or organization.

Individual opinions shared by employees, contractors, partners, vendors, or other third parties associated with 45Press should not be understood as official statements from 45Press or from any 45Press customer. Official statements from 45Press will likely only come from a few places: email, our social media, and our blog. Anything else would be unofficial.

We appreciate the interest in our work, our team, and the customers we support. At the same time, we ask that inquiries about customer-specific projects, campaigns, organizations, or decisions be directed to the appropriate customer or organization—not 45Press.

Thank you for your understanding.
