What a great start to the year! Our 1st Girls Into Coding event of 2022 was a HIT!

A BIG THANK YOU you to :

- Our dedicated mentors - Avye, Lauren Alie, Llewelyn Fernandes & Graham Ogunleye who delivered exciting workshops in robotics, IoT & robotics, coding & 3D Design.

- Our inspiring speakers - Divya Rana & Lucy Rushbrook.  Divya talked to us about using Data Science to Shape a Better Society and Lucy told us about her experience in building a solar-powered car to race across Australia.
Very inspirational talks!

- And the girls who truly enjoyed themselves and learned new things!

Avye is working on an exciting IoT Air Quality Project exploring how spaces can monitor CO2 levels & respond to improve user experience.

How To Make Fast and Easy 3D Printed Braille!

Check out this great video tutorial by Allie Katz (@GeekyFayeArt) where they will take you through each step required to make easy, readable Braille with your 3D printer!
Allie was also one of our guest speakers at our Virtual Girls Into Coding event in December last year! ☺️

 Everywoman Tech Hub turns 1!

Our Partner everywoman Tech Hub are turning 1 this month and we want to celebrate their success.  

The everywoman Tech Hub was born from a belief that the figure of 25% of women in computing-related job roles, should be higher. Through this platform, they’ve been able to bring people together and uncover the women who are fulfilling their ambitions to become industry leaders and continue to challenge historical stereotypes.
