LEARN ABOUT THE 2 RESOLUTIONS:
==The Children’s Fundamental Rights to Life and a Stable Climate System resolution (S.Con.Res.18, H.Con.Res.44) recognizes a health and safety emergency disproportionately affecting the fundamental rights of children due to the Trump administration’s directives that unleash fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change, block a clean, renewable energy transition, while suppressing Congressionally-mandated climate change science.
Help us reach our goal of 100 cosponsors! So far, 66 members have joined.

==The Federal Climate Amendment resolution affirms that the U.S. Constitution protects the basic environmental conditions required for human life and liberty — including a climate system capable of sustaining human life and flourishing across generations. Amendment text: The inherent, inalienable, and fundamental rights of all persons, including children and our posterity, to a healthy environment, clean air and water, and a stable climate system, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State.
Help us build a movement and get the word out! Educate Congress about this new climate strategy to complement existing legal work
