We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $139 to the contiguous 48 states. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska qualify for free shipping on orders over $160.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed by 2:30 PM PST, Monday – Friday typically ship the same day from our manufacturing warehouse in Silverton, Oregon. We’re a small team and we take pride in getting your tools out fast — because we know a bit sitting in a box isn’t cutting anything.
High order volumes or occasional delays like weather may affect same-day processing on rare occasions. If you have a hard deadline, give us a call at 503-873-3112 and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Custom engraving tools are made to order and typically ship within 1–2 business days.

For U.S. orders, we ship via FedEx and USPS.
- Standard Shipping: Starts at $7.99 — typically delivers in 3–10 business days
- Express Shipping: $11.99 — typically delivers in 2–3 business days
- Next Business Day: Starts at $37.99

International Shipping
We ship to many countries including Canada, the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Australia, and New Zealand, primarily via FedEx International.
Shipping rates update automatically at checkout once you enter your address.
Customs & Duties: Your country may charge duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We are required to declare the full value of all shipments and cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce the declared value.
