Payroll & Benefits Manager

The Payroll and Benefits Manager at Cherry Hills Community Church (“CHCC”) oversees payroll administration, employee benefits administration, risk management coordination, and related financial support functions with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance for CHCC and Cherry Hills Christian School (“CHCS”). This role partners closely with Finance, Human Resources, ministry leaders, and external vendors to ensure employees are supported through efficient payroll processing, benefits administration, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The Payroll and Benefits Manager serves staff with professionalism and care while helping steward organizational resources, reduce risk exposure, and maintain operational excellence that supports the mission and ministries of CHCC and CHCS.

Worship & Production Operations Manager

Full Time, Exempt

The Worship & Production Operations Manager at Cherry Hills Community Church provides operational leadership and ministry coordination for the Worship and Production ministries by translating ministry vision into actionable plans and ensuring excellence in day-to-day execution. This role oversees ministry operations, event logistics, planning processes, communication, vendor relationships, and resource stewardship to support worship services, rehearsals, seasonal events, and special ministry initiatives. Serving as the primary operational liaison for the Worship and Production ministries, this position partners with church departments, school personnel, vendors, volunteers, and ministry leaders to coordinate ministry needs and facilitate successful ministry experiences. Success in this role enables Worship and Production leadership to focus on shepherding teams, developing ministry, and advancing strategic priorities while ensuring exceptional operational support for staff, volunteers, and guests.

Facilities Operations Manager

Full Time, Exempt

The Facilities Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the CHCC operates safely, efficiently, and is always ministry-ready. This position partners closely with the Operations Director and works alongside senior leadership to oversee key operational systems, vendor relationships, financial processes, safety readiness, and long-term infrastructure planning. With a focus on ownership, systems thinking, and future leadership development, this role contributes to a stable, efficient campus that supports all ministry functions.

Kids Care Team Member

On-Call, Non-Exempt

The Kids Care Team Members provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care for children from infants through elementary age during church services and ministry programs. This on-call position supports both weekday and Sunday gatherings, helping children feel known and loved while giving parents peace of mind. Team members create welcoming environments, lead age-appropriate activities, follow safety protocols, and model Christlike care in every interaction.
